Project Rescue

Assuming you have a project which has hit a few snags, and you want an outside opinion or solution, we offer the following:

• A short (less than one week) crash course interviewing the key players
• Presentation of our conclusions and recommendations, no matter how much the truth hurts
• Sometimes we perform follow-on work, depending on the issues encountered: project management coaching, architecture remediation, etc.

Even if we aren't the team best suited to ultimately remediate and deliver your project, we can probably either put you in touch with the right resources, and/or assist you in the candidate screening process.
